Bursledon House is a highly specialised paediatric inpatient unit that assesses and treats various childhood illnesses and health conditions. Children are cared for by a multidisciplinary team that includes paediatricians, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and play specialists.
Our school works within this team to provide education to all school aged pupils being admitted to Bursledon House.
From when you first arrive, throughout the admission, and on discharge, our school team is here to help your child make accelerated progress with their learning before successfully reintegrating back into their usual school.
